Mom Hack Monday: The Wellness Cabinet Reset That Changed My Life

If you’ve ever opened your wellness cabinet and had bottles fall out on you… just know you’re not alone 😂

Somewhere between mom life, work, and trying to take care of myself, my “wellness routine” turned into complete chaos. Random bottles everywhere, half-used supplements, things I forgot I even had… and honestly? I wasn’t being consistent with any of it.

So I finally did something about it — and this simple reset has made the biggest difference in my daily routine.

What I Did

I gave our wellness cabinet a full reset using clear drawers, jars, and daily vitamin containers — and now everything is:

✔ easy to see

✔ easy to grab

✔ actually getting used

Because if it’s out of sight… it’s out of mind (especially in mom brain mode).
