What Happens After You Book Your Disney Trip With Me ✈️
A lot of people think working with a travel advisor ends once the trip is booked.
Not true!
Booking is just one part of the process. With a Disney trip especially, there's a whole timeline of deadlines, booking windows, and decisions between "we're booked!" and "we're here!" And that's where I really get to work.
Here's what I'm still doing for you after you book.
For Disney World Trips 🏰
Dining reservations. Disney dining opens 60 days before your trip, and if you're staying at a Disney resort, you can book for your whole stay on that day. The most popular spots, like character meals, can book up fast. I'm up early when your window opens to go after your must-dos, so you don't have to set an alarm.
Lightning Lanes. If you're staying at a Disney resort, you can buy Lightning Lane passes 7 days before your stay (3 days for everyone else). I help you decide which days you need them, which type makes sense, and which rides to book first.
Magical extras. Want a birthday surprise, a special celebration, a dessert party, or Memory Maker? I help you figure out what's worth adding (and what's not) for your family, and when to book it. Memory Maker, for example, is cheaper if you buy it at least 3 days before your trip.
MagicBands. I help you decide if a MagicBand+ is right for your family, and remind you to order early enough that they arrive before you leave.
Park plans and pacing. Which parks on which days, where your rest day goes, and how your dining and Lightning Lanes fit together, so each day flows.
For Disney Cruise Line Trips 🚢
Final payment. Disney cruises have a final payment deadline, and I keep track of it for you so nothing sneaks up on you.
Online check-in. Check-in opens 30 days before sailing for first-time cruisers, and earlier for Castaway Club members and Concierge guests. This is when you pick your port arrival time, and the earlier times go first. I'll remind you the day your window opens.
Port adventures, Palo, and the spa. Your window to book excursions, adult dining, spa treatments, and more depends on your Castaway Club level, and only opens once your cruise is paid in full. I keep track of your date and help you choose the best options for each port.
Getting to the port. Flights, a hotel the night before, and how to get to the ship. I help make sure the trip to the cruise feels just as smooth as the cruise itself.
