Christmas at Universal Orlando: What's Waiting for You This Holiday Season 🎄

What happens when you combine the excitement of Universal Orlando Resort with the magic of Christmas?

You get a holiday vacation that's anything but ordinary.

From November 14, 2026, through January 3, 2027, Universal Orlando Resort transforms for the holiday season, with festive entertainment, seasonal experiences and Christmas cheer across all three theme parks, CityWalk and the resort hotels. And this year, Epic Universe joins the holiday fun.

Here's what's waiting for you!

⚡ Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter

Imagine wandering through Hogsmeade surrounded by festive decorations, then watching Hogwarts Castle light up during a holiday projection show at night. Over in Diagon Alley at Universal Studios Florida, Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees perform their holiday favorites. It's the wizarding world at Christmastime, and it's just as magical as it sounds.

💚 Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular

Head to Seuss Landing at Islands of Adventure for a live retelling of the Grinch's Christmas story, with shows throughout the day. Add in festive fun and chances to meet the Grinch himself, and this one is a must for families with little ones.

🎈 Universal's Holiday Parade featuring Macy's

Giant balloons, colorful floats, familiar characters and festive music fill the streets of Universal Studios Florida every evening. Look for floats inspired by Despicable Me, Shrek and Madagascar. The parade ends with a Christmas tree lighting led by Santa himself. 🎅

✨ Christmas at Universal Epic Universe

For the first time, the holidays extend to Epic Universe, with seasonal decorations in SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, the Viking holiday of Snoggletog on How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, and beautiful displays in Celestial Park.

Good to know: You'll need a ticket that includes Epic Universe to see this part of the celebration.

🤶 Universal Holiday Tour

Want to make it even more special? On select dates from November 14 through January 2, the optional Universal Holiday Tour is a guided experience of about two and a half hours. It includes meet-and-greets with the Grinch, Max and Santa, reserved seating for the Grinchmas show, and an optional reserved viewing area for the parade.

Here's What to Know Before You Book

Most of Universal's holiday festivities are included with valid park admission, but select experiences, like the Holiday Tour, require an additional purchase. Event schedules, park admission requirements and availability can vary, and which parks you can visit depends on your ticket.

That's where I can help!

I'll help you choose the right hotel, tickets, travel dates and holiday experiences based on what matters most to your family.

Because the goal isn't just to visit Universal during Christmas. It's to experience the holiday magic without missing the moments you're most excited about.
